About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead for our client in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, strong software development expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with business teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Review code, mentor development teams, and ensure coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality development standards.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft cloud technologies is preferred.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Communication & Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
