About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner with experience in building and delivering AI-driven products, especially in the LLM / Conversational AI / SaaS space. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution, working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful products through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple sprint cycles
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics
• Work closely with technical teams to build AI/LLM-powered features and solutions
• Continuously gather feedback and iterate to improve product usability and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
• 1+ year as a Certified Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Proven experience delivering products across multiple sprint cycles
• Experience working on technical products (AI/LLM, SaaS, or Conversational AI)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

AI / LLM-Specific Knowledge

• Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic systems, including:
  • Prompt engineering
  • Multi-step reasoning
  • Tool usage and orchestration
  • Context management
• Understanding of LLM limitations, including:
  • Hallucinations
  • Context window constraints
  • Latency and cost considerations
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and architectures, including:
  • Planning and execution flows
  • Memory and state management
  • Reflection and iterative reasoning

Good to Have

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
• Exposure to AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Basic understanding of data workflows or backend systems
• Prior experience in SaaS or startup environme
