Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building AI-driven applications, integrating LLMs, and leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML systems, and deploying AI agents into real-world business workflows. This role involves architecting scalable AI solutions, working with cloud platforms, and building production-grade APIs and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and drive technical delivery
• Integrate AI agents (LLMs, ML models, autonomous agents) into business workflows
• Build and maintain scalable backend services for AI-powered applications
• Design and implement RAG-based architectures using vector databases
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications
• Work with REST, GraphQL, gRPC APIs and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams for AI solution delivery
• Deploy AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
• Implement data pipelines and integrate with structured and unstructured data sources

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and Python development
• Strong experience in integrating LLMs and AI agents into applications
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Strong database expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure
• Strong API development experience:
