Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Head for a reputed 5 Star Hotel in Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete finance & accounts function of the hotel
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures
• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and taxation matters
• Handle MIS reporting and financial analysis for management
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Drive financial strategy to improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards

Requirements:

• Qualified CA is mandatory
• 10–12 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in Hospitality / 5 Star Hotel preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
• Leadership experience handling finance team
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
