Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key members within the organization.
2. Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
3. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Derive strategies and action plan to increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate, and optimize sales.
5. Analyses past sales, identify trends, determine fast and slow-moving inventory, and identify sources for converting & non-converting traffic.
6. Allocation and presentation of merchandise within the Ecommerce site.
7. Budget management for online channels in India.
8. Overseeing product offers, merchandising and ensuring sales are maximized and the content is delivered effectively.
9. Ensuring constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online platforms.
10. Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns and set KPI benchmarks for competitive analysis.
11. Verify that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.

Desired candidate profile:
1. At least 6 years of experience in the online selling environment like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
2. Excellent analytical skills
3.Branding and sales knowledge
4. Technical expertise on online channels
5. Negotiation Skills
