We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (ICAI Member) to take ownership of Financial Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border Reporting.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Ind AS / IFRS / K-IFRS Financial Reporting
• SAP FICO / Oracle / Tally / Zoho ERP
• Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Transfer Pricing – Form 3CEB, Local File & Benchmarking
• GST, TDS/TCS, DTAA & International Tax
• Income Tax Assessments, Scrutiny & Appeals
• Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits
• Companies Act, ROC/MCA Compliance
• RBI/FEMA – FC-GPR, FLA & Cross-Border Transactions
• Financial Closing, IFC & ERP Process Optimization

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified CA / ICAI Member
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong hands-on ERP experience
• Excellent knowledge of Indian tax & regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred: Experience with Korean/East Asian MNCs, cross-border advisory, TP audits, APA/MAP or restructuring projects.
